Dear colleagues.
I'm found in one of projects step up transformer D(22kV)/y (11.5kV ).
To Y side is connected generator with HI grounded star point.
Y neutral point is free. No generator breaker, no island mode.
What is recommended in this case:
grounded via surge arrester.
close neutral pin with dead-end.
some another solution.

Sounds like the 11.5 kV is as you say "HI grounded star point". Why would you need another?
