I am new to working with ASYS, the model has a tire which applies a pressure, I wonder if there is a value for the deformation with which you can know if the air losing.

Yes, you can apply once 30 psi pressure in the tire and put it on a flat surface and record the deformation and once again apply for example 10 psi and check the deformation contour. compare the two contours then you can define a criteria to check if the air in the tire is lost or not.
