PVA Glues pump

PVA Glues pump

PVA Glues pump

(OP)
Dear Sirs,

I am looking for generally PVA Glues pump (made od polyvinyl acetate and polyvinyl alcohols), viscosity quite high and in range between 5000 and 40000 cps. Density ~1,25kg/dm3, Requested real capacity of 50 lpm (13,2 gpm), working pressure 4-5 bar (58-72 PSI).
Pump is working few hours per a day. Could you advice possible solutions please?

At the start we consider:

- gear pump
- diapraghm pump
- progressing cavity
- hose pump
- it could be also hollow disc, sinusoidal and other reasonable types

Which solution in your opinion would be the best for this project including start investment and further during operation costs?

We need to take care about sealing method (please advice possibilities).

Slawomir
