Program for Finding Signalized Intersection Level of Service

(OP)
I am working on a Traffic Impact Analysis for a proposed site. The site will affect two signalized intersections. I need to determine find the current level of service (LOS) and the proposed LOS of the intersections after the site is built. I believe I have all the information to find the LOS (traffic counts, signal timing, trip generation, and distribution) but now I am just looking for a user friendly program to plug the information in so I can determine LOS. I have tried a free demo of TEAPAC but wasn't to impressed by it but maybe I need to buy the full version. Thanks for any information on this matter.
