RE: Need Help cutting Aluminum on an Amada F0 3015 Laser!!!

Either zero the radius correction (beam offset) if the part tolerance will allow it (holes will be larger and outside contour will be smaller) or have programmer find the small line segment or radius and fix it. One of the situations that can cause this is trying to cut an inside radius that is smaller than the radius correction (beam offset) like a 0.005 radius with a beam offset of 0.006.

if you are using the amada software "fabriwin" or "ap100" you can go to the system setting tab and pick "edit material"
scroll down to the cnc code button and press that, Then change "use g41/g42" to 0 that will disable using the controller to calculate this and put it off on the software. click on the "pierce location" and you will see on the right cutter compensation set this to your estimated beam diameter. you will now notice that your sequenced patterns have an offset line and this will take care of any of the interference in crc errors.
