Oil console seismic and pressure

Hello to everybody. I'm new here and I have a question.
I have to design an oil console, with american code ASME and seismic code ASCE 7-10
It's rectangular base, around 4x2m. Do you know where i can find an excel file where i can find shear force and moment at the base for such tank? or a doc where i can see an example of use of this code? I have software for eurocode, but not for american code and now i need american. thank you very much.

Nobody know about it? Thanks!

You need to calculate this load based on project design basis. During seismic load calculation, you need to consider the pipes and platforms attached with the equipment.

Thank you bimr.
I've calculated the seismic shear at the base with the formula of ASCE 7-10 cap 12.8. I have one question about the effective seismic weight: I take in account only the dead loads, or have I to take in account as well the tank full of liquid? Or a percentage minimum of 25% as it is written in cap. 12.7.2 ? Thank you very much in advance.
