(OP)
Can anyone tell me where I can find some literature on a procedure to bend 42" WT 5/8" in the field. It's along a 33 mile pipeline.

thx

RE: 42" Field Bending

Ask a construction company or pipie bending supplier like CRC evans

This is a little vague and diffiuclt to understand what you're looking for.

Search pipe bending on U tube and you'll find a few of real life bending.

essentially quite simple, Load the pipe in, clamp one end, lift the other end against the shoe, lower pull the pipe in until the bend is just at the end of the shoe and repeat until you get the angle you want.

Looks quite a thin pipe so you will probably need an internal mandrel, but do a test bend and see what happens.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.
