Asme Code Calculations

(OP)
In regards to asme Code for pressure vessels, Does Asme code state or regulate about using calculations for someone else's design as my own?

More specifically, I am under a time crunch and have been going back and forth with our AI and engineering in regards to calculations for an obround flange, and I was thinking it would be OK to use someone else's calculations seeing as it going to be built exactly to the specifications of that design.

Thanks
