Predictive career?

Predictive career?

Predictive career?

(OP)
Hi there
I am an vibration analyst who has done all the necessary courses to be recognized as fully qualified in this field. What degree/diploma can you suggest I should follow to further myself in the predictive field? As no institution in South Africa have any courses in this field, can anyone suggest universities/colleges worldwide that one can do these courses via correspondence or internet?
Thank you
Pavel

RE: Predictive career?

Pavel,

I am not certain I understand the field you are in. If my hunch is correct, you specialize in machine preventive maintenance. I do not believe there are any academic courses for this field but there are articles written in periodicals such as Chemical Engineering Progress. If you have some experience in this area I recommend you write some articles to this and other journals then add the activity to your resume. You will certainly get noticed this way. You may get contacted by someone for further information and maybe even a career opportunity.

Good Luck!

Rick
