I`m looking for finding specification in ASME section II compare with material below:

ISO 15590-2,Grade 450 Class C With additional requirements Nb+V+Ti<=0.12% TBC.

Why don't you review ASME B16.5 or B16.47 for material options and compare with permitted chemical composition ranges in Table 4 of ISO 15590-2 Petroleum and natural gas industries — Induction bends, fittings and flanges for pipeline transportation systems —Part 3:Flanges?
