Harness contextual links

(OP)
Hi,

Is it possible to re-define broken links in V5 EWB Harness assembly design?

Any help would be gratefully recieved.

Regards

Loomboy

RE: Harness contextual links

Could you explain in more detail? Have you tried "Define Contextual Links" when right-clicking certain product(s) in the tree?

RE: Harness contextual links

I am working with EHI / ELB .. don't know much about EWB

CATIA will be able to change context of links only if links are using published element.

One you isolate none published link, you should be able to fix your file.

then you create publications and relink isolated elements... long, meticulous job.

RE: Harness contextual links

I'm pretty certain EWB does not exist, it's something that somebody (or someone) must have made up along the way, I have never seen "EWB" references in any official Dassault Systemes documentation. Goes to show if people can't even get the damn workbenches right, things are fucked up, man.
