Could anyone please tell me how many type cubicles are exist and what are the critical differences that we can segrigate them easily.

As many cubicles as one could imagine !!!

If I understand your question properly, the medium voltage panels types are like,
- Transformer feeder
- Motor feeder
- Cable feeder
- OHL feeder
- VT panel
- Bus - tie panel
- Bus coupler panel
- Incomer panel

what I am saying is, differences design related and the place you should use. I can give you an example such as Metal Clad, Metal Enclosed etc.

Also GIS-metal clad (used for applications >33 kV)
