I have short stopp fitting described as below. Is the information enough for me to determine the ANSI rating, max. test pressure and design pressure respectively? If yes, kindly explain more. Thank you

Could you please furnish more information? How about a sketch, a picture or a description?

It appears that 300 series can be associated with ANSI#300, but it's better to be safe than sorry, so check with TDW.
