Mixing RBE2,RBE3 to represent bolts and 1 dowel

Mixing RBE2,RBE3 to represent bolts and 1 dowel

(OP)
To all

I am playing around to model a bolted connection (4 bolts with 1 dowel) attached to a beam. See attached picture.
The beam is attached to the 1 end of zero length cbushs via an RBE3
the other end of the cbushes is attached to a fully grounded master nodes via an RBE2.

I am having trouble with rigid body. The test with no dowel (cbush) works as intended i.e. like a bolt group. The aim is ultimate to transfer the entire shear load to the dowel and have the bolt taking axial load only.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Regards
