Team center and NX manager : Local caching on workstation

Team center and NX manager : Local caching on workstation

(OP)
Hi All,

This question is related to Teamcenter and NX manager. Is there a way we can locally dump or cache the assembly when designer loads it first time from Teamcenter.. Then till the designer logs off or the system reboots, the assembly / components are loaded from local cached location.

Also, can we also have some kind of automated way of syncing the changes made on components/assemblies level back to main database?

I had seen this behavior in windchill many years back.. Don't know if this is available in Teamcenter..

Thanks in advance...

RE: Team center and NX manager : Local caching on workstation

Yeah Look into store and forward and having a local volume for you teamcenter. This way you are pulling from your local volume and then use store and forward to update your databases.
