Drilling thousands of points

Drilling thousands of points

Drilling thousands of points

(OP)
Hi All,

I have a large conical part I need to drill thousands of points normal to the surface 3/4 of the way around part back and forth from large end to small.

The operation is working fine but I would like the drill to start at the large diameter and drill in vertical bands zigzag each row towards the small end. Right now it is drilling the vertical bands however when it finishes 1 row it rapids back to start the next row instead of zigzag. Anyone know a way to force the zigzag or better way to optimize.

Thanks

Rick D
