Getting Error when trying to solve with small elements size in ANSYS workbench 15

Getting Error when trying to solve with small elements size in ANSYS workbench 15

Getting Error when trying to solve with small elements size in ANSYS workbench 15

(OP)
Hello,

I'm using ANSYS workbench 15 to simulate thermo-electric analysis. I'm using 2D axis-symetric in order to reduce time calculations. The problem is that the default mesh isn't good enough for me (although it solves). When I redefine the mesh so the size of the elements will be smaller then ANSYS can't solve (and it's not because I ran out of memory). The solver gives me the following error:

Preconditioned conjugate gradient solver error level 1. Possibly, the
model is unconstrained or additional iterations may be needed. Try
running setting the multiplier MULT on the EQSLV command to greater
than 1.0 (but less than 3.0

It is followed with this msg:
An internal solution magnitude limit was exceeded. Please check your Environment for inappropriate load values or insufficient supports. Also check that your mesh has more than 1 element in at least 2 directions if solid brick elements are present. Please see the Troubleshooting section of the Help System for more information.

I tried searching for a solution for this problem but didn't succeed. Any advice?
