Control Valve Analyse

Control Valve Analyse

Control Valve Analyse

(OP)
Hi All, I hope be fine

I am trying to design a control globe valve.

In first step, i decide to analyse an existing control valve using CFD (Fluent). And my first target is determining Flow coefficient and compare with really rated value.

So, I need some guidelines, my question:

- what's the best boundary conditions? (because of need to using Flow coefficient formula, we need DP and volumetric flow rate)

if you have any suggestion, please tell me

Thanks a lot in advance.
