Trumpf 3030 Cooling Star Failure

(OP)
Hi All, This is my first post here, so please bare with me 2thumbsup.

I am involved with a machine that has a failed cooling star on the turbine of a Trumpf 3030 TruLaser machine. I do not know a whole lot about what would cause this failure. Has anyone out there in laser-land had this experience? What would cause this to fail? Is this a normal life-cycle consumable? Any issues with repair parts availability?

Thanks for any insight.
