ASME B16.9 CAP ellipsoidal ratio MDMT

Dear All,
I've read many interesting post about ASME B16.9 ellipsoidal ratio and calculations rules.
See some of them here below.
thread794-162782: SA 234 WPB Pipe caps
thread794-358427: dimensions standard ANSI B16.9 cap (inside crown and knuckle radius)
thread794-355156: Pipe Cap elliptical ratio
None of these seems to address the issue of how to calculate the MDMT for this item.
It is to be considered that different ellipsoidal ratio could give different stresses and hence temperature reduction according Fig. UCS-66.1.
Do you have any suggestion?
Furhtermore exact ellipsoidal ratio should be considered also in case you have a nozzle in the cap to determine the correct area available. What you think?
