25 feet 12" rollers

25 feet 12" rollers

(OP)
I am looking for a manufacturer that will make rollers of 12 inches in diameter and 25 feet in length. The material may be hallowed steel, lightest possible but strong enough to prevent bending or warping. Thank you

RE: 25 feet 12" rollers

Are you really looking for pipe
or oversize tubing?  I think even
if it were solid in that lenght
there would be deflection of some
magnitude.  Maybe it could be capped
both ends and have tension rods to
strenghthen it much like they use
for earthquakes in buildings.

Carbon Fibre Rolls up to 15" dia. x 30 ft. long are  available from Performance Composites Ltd. in the UK

Lighter than metal for the same stiffness, competetive prices as well.
