problem Tools -> Record NX10 flyouts are not recorded

problem Tools -> Record NX10 flyouts are not recorded

(OP)
Hello,

I have seen the NX10 function Tools-> Record work OK with a standard install.
But I work on two different PC's both installed with a version of Camtasia.
When I try to record some constraining (eg Collinear) the flyout menu is not recorded.
When you wait long enough the help text is displayed and this is recorded properly.
See attachment.

My question can anyone verify this problem with NX10 and Camtasia version installed.

Regards,

Olaf

RE: problem Tools -> Record NX10 flyouts are not recorded

Yes, I've found that when using Camtasia directly, all the on-screen items will be captured. However, if you use the built-in NX Movie capture, these on-screen items are often missed. I'm not sure why that's that case but I've seen it before and that's why we always use Camtasia when we want to make sure that the video is of the highest quality and with the most content, like the on-screen items.

If I guess, i would that it depends on the graphics adapter/driver rather than the Camtasia.
Try lower the hardware acceleration and then try capture again.
Are you running a certified graphics adapter / Driver ?

Tomas
