Issue with ray traced studio in NX 9 - "Black screen"

Hey,
At my current workplace, we recently installed NX9.0 on aproxiamtely 10 computers. They all run NX just fine, except when you try to use the "Ray Traced Studio". The pop-up window in which the studio is supposed to be is completely black, and causes the program to freeze (in return making the user force quit the application). Has anyone encountered an issue like this, or do you know how to fix it?

I needed an adjustment in my lighting and it was good to go.

Is this a certified Graphics adapter ( Read : Nvidia Quadro or AMD FirePro) ?
are you running the certified graphics driver ?
