Question about project management for a bridge?

Question about project management for a bridge?

Question about project management for a bridge?

(OP)
Hi,

"A programme in the form of a Gantt chart following the RIBA plan of works for the consultation and design of the project showing clearly all the time constraints prior to construction."

My question is: What could be the possible tasks prior to construction and how long would it take? Such as durations for feasibility studies perhaps?

Thank you for your time. I hope anyone can give me some ideas or recommend me a book, website or any form of literature.

RE: Question about project management for a bridge?

Hi geotechpro,
I'm sure some of the tasks that would need to be completed prior to construction are: soil studies, water studies, construction permits, surveys, researching contractors, developing designs, etc. You might want to see if one of these Microsoft Project Schedule Templates might be of value:

Hope this helps!
