Low power output - Trumpf resonator

Low power output - Trumpf resonator

RE: Low power output - Trumpf resonator

I had the same problem what I found with a Trumpf tech was that my beam trap has been leaking water and it got onto an internal mirror. They are making a new beam trap for my machine i will keep you informed

RE: Low power output - Trumpf resonator

(OP)
Noted.

For my case, we now confirmed that the gas resonator is leaking, very tiny holes leak, and enough to pass leak test. Need 7 bar of N2 soak in a distill water to see leak. 6 bar no bubble!!

Considering microweld to seal the leak.

Thanks

RE: Low power output - Trumpf resonator

New beam trap has been installed getting 75% of my power back and no water leakage. However i keep getting a safety monitor error now, Replaced safety monitor that had the error and seems to have gotten worse. awaiting trumpf to respond to my call

Has anyone had this error type on their machine

"safety monitor 1, Circuit 2, index 41 synchronization time exceeded"

Once that comes on the machine is done unless i reboot it about 4 or 5 times
