Low Voltage Design Schools

(OP)
I would like to know if there are schools in the US that provide training for design of low voltage electrical systems for office buildings, houses, recreation or other commercial facilities. This is intended for our young electrical engineers who graduated from universities in the last few years. We believe that this could be a faster way for them to learn the design of low voltage of electrical systems such as pad-mounetd power transformers, busbars, switchgears, MCCs, MDPs, panelboards, lighting, grounding, motors starters, etc. I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.
