Assume the following:
1) Single person start up consultant
2) Working from home office
3) Land Development Improvement Plans
4) Drainage/Water/Sewer modeling

Given items 1-4 what are your thoughts with respect to use of a PC vs. MAC?

I'm a Mac guy all the way, but no engineering software (to my knowledge) runs on a Mac without running one of those Native programs on the Mac. Which, IMO, defeats the entire purpose of owning a Mac.

I tried this once with ACAD LDD years back, and it was such a hog on the memory of the Mac it wasn't useful.
