give me process detail and it require to grinding allow

12L14 material is not suited for that depth of hardening. To achieve a case depth of 3.81mm/0.150" a material with higher alloy content such as 8620 would be needed.

If a very deep case is desired it might be worth looking at another approach, such as induction hardening a material like 4340H. You can easily achieve 0.150" case depth with the IH process.
