cannot constrain curve to projected curve
cannot constrain curve to projected curve
(OP)
My assumption is you cannot tie down a sketched curve to a projected curve, but I'd like to ask if you can.
Every time I try to do this the end point will not be on the projected curve nor can I choose the projected curve on the constraint menu as seen in the attachment. I may try curve on surface here in a second.

RE: cannot constrain curve to projected curve
When I do separate sketches on the SAME plane I can constrain an end point to the other sketches curve, but when I switch to another plane and sketch I cannot.

in the part uploaded , there is no projected curve at all. If I project one of the arcs into the Sketch(3) it is possible to use the point on curve constraint.
If you do not project, you will not be able to pick arcs ( note the type of curve here) in perpendicular planes, Lines will work as long as they aren't appearing as points (*) in the active sketch.
* If you look along a line, it will appear as "point"., you can then use "coincident" but not "point on curve".
In the attached example i have projected the arc from sketch 0 into Sketch 2
