Nodules on a curved surface

Nodules on a curved surface

(OP)
Hello everyone,

How can i pattern nodules (small pads) on a curved surface. Creating one nodule is not a problem but if i go with user pattern (i have points where pads need to be) all nodule top flat surfaces end up parallel and i need each one to be normal to the curved surface where points are...
Is there some way I can do this other then going one by one? (need more then 350 pads)

thanks

RE: Nodules on a curved surface

check knowledge pattern example in DMU Product Knowledge Temmplate workbench documentation, this is what you're asking for.
