moment due to vertical wind pressure for external floating roof

moment due to vertical wind pressure for external floating roof

moment due to vertical wind pressure for external floating roof

(OP)
hi,

for external floating roof overturning moment from vertical wind pressure should be considered or not? I am designing a 92 m floating roof.iF I consider moment due to vertical pressure anchor are required, but that is practicle, so i think only moment due to horozontal wind pressure should be taken and moment due to vertical wind pressure should be kept zero.

regards,
Inam
