I am wondering if anyone has seen this type of Vibration Spectrum Data before and may have some idea as to what it respresents.

The data is from the drive end motor bearing of a 50 HP induction motor on a belt driven fan. The motor is controlled by a VFD.

This signature appeared in 9/14/15 semi annual vibration check. The fan has been in service since 2000. I do not have access to data prior to 9/14/15. I beleive the Aegis shaft grounding ring was installed a year ago.

Any thought would be appricated. Would the data be showing the beginning of bearing flutting on the drive end bearing?

Dan
