Customer Default for Detail View Boundary

(OP)
Using NX 7.5. After I create a Detail View in drafting, I have to right mouse click the Detail View Boundary to change the View Boundary Style to the checker preferences, if I can remember(long dashes & thick). Where is this in the customer defaults?....Thanks

RE: Customer Default for Detail View Boundary

Do you start your drawings from a template?
If so, open the template, switch to the drafting application and go to Preferences -> view -> detail.

If you start your drawings by going to File -> new -> blank, then you will have to change the customer defaults. File -> utilities -> customer defaults -> drafting -> general -> standard [customize standard] -> view -> detail.
