3D VIEW IN DRAWING WITH ANNOTATIONS

3D VIEW IN DRAWING WITH ANNOTATIONS

3D VIEW IN DRAWING WITH ANNOTATIONS

(OP)
is it possible to create iso view from 3d with annotations? i figured out how to create iso view from 3d but catia doesn't wont to grab annotations (dimensions). seems like it's only possible to grab dimensions in simple 2d views.

RE: 3D VIEW IN DRAWING WITH ANNOTATIONS

Hy tikito.

When you create a view from 3d you need need to select a view plane. For you to see the annotations you have to put the annotations in the view plane that you select for your view(see picture).

For the dimensions, I managed to put then in the same way as in a 2d view.

Hope it helps you,

Have a nice day.

RE: 3D VIEW IN DRAWING WITH ANNOTATIONS

use "View from 3D" and select the view in which your annotation are.

i know how to create view from 3d. my question was about how to get dimensions in iso view in drawing. i want dimensions to be displayed
not in simple 2d view. having axonometric view in 3d model doesn't seems to be so helpful.
