Ansys error : Nonlinear

(OP)
Hi,

I am currently working for moment based calculation applied for stator for which i need to calculate the stress value.

contact between the parts(stator & sheetmetal) frictional contact.

Result : error

1) The Solver engine was unable to converge on a solution for the nonlinear problem as constrained. 2)
2) The unconverged solution (identified as Substep 999999) is output for analysis debug purposes. Results at
this time should not be used for any other purpose.
3) One or more contact pairs are detected with a friction value greater than 0.2. If convergence problems
arise, switching to an unsymmetric Newton Raphson option may aid in convergence.

4) One or more bodies may be underconstrained and experiencing rigid body motion. Weak springs have been
added to attain a solution. Refer to Troubleshooting in the Help System for more details.

Can any one help me to resolve this error.
