I have a problem to solve, but I do not know how to do it.
I will describe it:

This is the coupled temp-displacement analysis.
The assembly contains two tied parts, part "A" and part "B":


Next, I mesh them:


I define the temperature values.
Part "A" = 1500°C, part "B" = 20°C

And then, after analysis, the results are as follows:


The problem is, that the nodes of interface are common for both layers. As a result, there is a temperature gradient between the top and bottom surface of the part "A".
I have to do something to obtain homogeneous temperature in part "A".
The results should look like this:



If I will do that, the next step will be removing the top layer by means of the *MODEL CHANGE keyword. And next I have to activate individual elements from removed layer to simulate the laser cladding process. I did it, but the temperature gradient is present:


I have to do it without the temperature gradient (the element should be red when it appears), because the heat exchange must occur directly at the part "A" and part "B" interface.

How can I change the model to resolve above problem?
