Trimmed sheet in NX9.0

Trimmed sheet in NX9.0

Trimmed sheet in NX9.0

(OP)
Hey guys,
I have yet another problem I can't get around.
I have two tunnels that merge into one. These tunnels were created one by one with the idea to trim the overlapping areas later. It seems to have worked a dozen times before but not now. I can't seem to find the problem. Perhaps someone could help me.
I uploaded the file to engineering.com.
Thanks for all the support. This is by far the best forum I have ever used :)

RE: Trimmed sheet in NX9.0

Are you saying that this EXACT same model will trim fine using an earlier version of NX? I ask because if you look carefully at the image below (and that I've attached), where I have hidden all but the relevant surfaces and trimmed one of them, that you can see that this surface intersects the other one such that it could never be trimmed successfully.

That being said, I undid the 'Trimmed Sheet' operation and instead used a function called 'Trim and Extend', which often works better in situations like this where TWO surfaces need to be trimmed TO each other. Attached is your model where I've trimmed the relevant surfaces using that approach instead of trying to trim them using two separate operations.

Thank you John. :)
It would have taken me a great deal of time to discover it on my own.
I was not trying to say that it has worked on other versions of NX, I have only started to use 9.0 as my very first NX. I have any real experience only on SolidWorks.
Thanks again!
