Floor Joists & Concrete Floor - Form material
Floor Joists & Concrete Floor - Form material
(OP)
I am involved in a project renovating the mechanical system on an old building [early to mid 1900's].
The second floor is steel joists and concrete. There is a material in place that I assume was used to form the concrete floor. It is not corrugated metal deck, centering deck, etc. that you might see. It is more of a "cardboard" type of material. there is nothing indicating what it is on the drawings. I have run across this before but do not know what it is called. I need to know for this project? I also need to know whatever I can find out about this material.
