NASTRAN - 2D-Dependent Mesh...Why am I not able to select the Target Face???

Hi, I merged the edges, checked the element quality, what can I do else?
I do not get a failure message, I just cannot select the Target Face.
Has anybody an idea?
Thank you.

RE: NASTRAN - 2D-Dependent Mesh...Why am I not able to select the Target Face???

Hi nxprouser,

You are using the right tool (merging and splitting edge), yet the reason it fail is probably the Master and the Target Face does not have the same amount of edges.

Tuw

Hi Tuw,
you were right. I merged some faces and therefore I had difficult edge-points. I split the face in two like it was before and then it worked. Thank you very much!!! bigsmile
