Measure to new wcs

Measure to new wcs

Measure to new wcs

(OP)
When I want to measure a part to a new wcs I have to change my reference to wcs but in the xc yc and zc it output coordinates go back to the original wcs and I have re enter a zero value in the xc yc and zc. Is there a way to have them already set to the new wcs so they will read zero? I have attached a jpeg of this.

Thank you for your help.

Regards Daniel Lamb.

RE: Measure to new wcs

In the title bar of the dialog there is a curved arrow (the reset button) next to the X (close button). Click the reset button and the values will be set to zero.

RE: Measure to new wcs

DAniel,

Will the "reset" button in the upper right-hand corner of the dialog (semicircular arrow next to the "X" icon) suffices as a one click solution?

HTH,
Joe
