PMI note rotation in NX 7.5

PMI note rotation in NX 7.5

PMI note rotation in NX 7.5

(OP)
Hi Everyone,
I could not able to rotate the PMI note more than 90 degree in Modling module.
If I enter 100 degree, note rotates 280 degree.
Annotation Style > Letting angle option used to rotate the PMI note.
Anyone please tell me solution for this.

Thanks,

RE: PMI note rotation in NX 7.5

PMI notes are designed so that they are always readable. While you can set them to whatever orientation that you want, either directly by using the Style dialog (as you've stated that was how you did it) or by associating them with some geometry or frame of reference, the display of the text characters themselves will always be such that they are readable. You can see this even if you don't rotate the note itself but rather you simply rotate the display using your mouse or the Spaceball, once you rotate something past 90° relative to the current view the characters of the note will 'flip' so as to be readable from the new viewing perspective.

Note that I will check and see if there's an option to override this behavior and if there is, I'll post an update to this thread.
