Problem with explicit dynamics in ansys workbench

Problem with explicit dynamics in ansys workbench

Problem with explicit dynamics in ansys workbench

(OP)
I'm new to working with asys.

the problem is that I need the simulation late 0011 s, implying that the processing time is 330 hours is too long.

I tried to change several option in ansys workbench but the program continues to create partitions 1e-9 which are too small to generate the simulation too late.

as I can do to make simucion done in time you desire without taking so long.

I am very grateful to the person who can assist me with this situation.

RE: Problem with explicit dynamics in ansys workbench

Hi,

You are using explicit analysis - this solver is meant to be used for applications that involve very short duration not for long duration (in the order of miliseconds).
However - if you want to use it for long duration there are some "workarounds".
Please take a look at the two links below.
