We have about 4 defective sets on our shelves collecting dust, from what I can tell by looking at them is it is usually the DC PSU that fails because I can see the same resistor components on a few of them blown open. I would love a schematic to these or even related ones so I can troubleshoot and repair these more effectively. I will use brute force guessing if I can't find them. Part Numbers for our unit is A14B-0082-B003-01 and A14B-0082-B106-01

I know it is a long shot because Fanuc does not release this info.

Side note fun fact: PLC Center does not "match" the units like Fanuc allegedly does, but they seem to work fine. YMMV

thank you for the response regarding the mirrors. I've looked around for the power supply part numbers and I do not recognize them. I am willing to help you fix them if you can give me more information.

That's the problem, there is very little info, though I am making better headway than I thought I could without Schematics. The components that are open are not going to rest of board, looks like a shorted rectifier that takes them out. I will keep you posted, already made one out of two and its ran all day.
