autocad .dwg into word problems?

autocad .dwg into word problems?

autocad .dwg into word problems?

(OP)
When I cut and paste autocad 2002 LT .dwg's into a word doc I get problems with text moving when I print. I also cannot line the drawing up in text boxes. I'm sure there must be a simple way of doing this but I am stumped. The doc will print but the results are not really acceptable.
Hope you can help.
Regards
Les.

RE: autocad .dwg into word problems?

I don't have LT but in 2000 I've hade great results when I export to a WMF file.

I'm not sure if this will help, but here goes:

In Word, right click the image, then click on "Format Picture" and go to the "Layout" tab and change it to "in front of text" for instance.  Move it with the arrows or ctrl-arrows.
