Concrete Special Inspections IBC 2012

Concrete Special Inspections IBC 2012

(OP)
Hello all,
Looking at IBC 2012 Section 1705.3 for concrete construction, under the exception portion item #2 (2.1, 2.2, and 2.3. My question must all three items (2.1, 2.2, and 2.3) meet the criteria or just one of the three. Seems that with the "or" following 2.2, it gives the idea that only one of the three conditions be met in order to satisfy the exception. For instance, if I have a continuous footing supporting a wood framed, one story building, I would be exempt from having special inspections for concrete, even if I am designing my footings with 3000 psi. Is this correct or must I meet all three conditions?

Thanks and have a great day.

RE: Concrete Special Inspections IBC 2012

There's an "or" in the second exception, which tells me that if you meet any one of the exceptions you're OK.
