add note to drawing view

Is there a way to add a note to a drawing view in drafting? I know how to add a note to a drawing sheet and then position it under the relevant drawing view, but I wonder if there is a way to "connect" this written information to the viewport. I'm for instance making a sheet with different drawing views. One drawing view is in another scale, so I would like that scale to be displayed under the drawing view and move with the drawing view if I reposition it on the sheet.

Thanks in advance!

NX 8.5 wink

RE: add note to drawing view

In the view style dialog box (general tab) turn on the "scale label" option; this will add a note that is associated to the view (when the view moves, the note follows) as well as the view scale (change the scale, the note updates).

You can also associate any notes you create to views or other annotations by using the options in the "alignment" section of the Note dialog (during note creation) or by using the Edit -> annotation -> origin command (after note creation).
