I like to debate structural engineering theory -- a lot. If I challenge you on something, know that I'm doing so because I respect your opinion enough to either change it or adopt it.

If you want something that looks like it is floating, find or fabricate some metal brackets. Do not embed it in the wall. That is not very user friendly.
When I am working on a problem, I never think about beauty but when I have finished, if the solution is not beautiful, I know it is wrong.

and what amount the slab and stairs landings?

do you also provide the expansion void in the back of the slab?
so plastic payers (bond breaker) on top and below the landing and brick wall?
would you then embed concrete countertops into walls or make them rather self supported on a half brick "separate-supporting-wall"

Is this a landing or countertop? It looks a little out of proportion to be a landing. If its a countertop, the construction sequence baffles me (countertops are usually an interior after thought, not installed w/ the heavy trades).
I would just mount a bracket off the wall or add a post below.

the last image was a countertop but the same issue also appears on stairs landings when they shall be supported on half brick wall
even here for the countertop this shall be just a brickwall.
Which kind of bracket would you suggest? just a angel iron bolted to the wall and the countertop cast on top?
What is your opinion about the cracks in the plaster on the external side of the building? Possible?
