Posted to wrong forum - how to bring it to the structural forum?

(OP)
I posted my structural question to a wrong forum, i.e. petroleum engineers, instead of to the structural forum. Mindful of cross-posting, is there a way for me to bring it into the structural forum? What is the correct way to go about doing it?

At least that is what i have done in the past, not sure if proper.

flag is at the bottom right corner, and provide the admins a reason.
