Size control of dialogue boxes?

Size control of dialogue boxes?

Size control of dialogue boxes?

(OP)
Hi,
As an example, when I select line type to insert in a sketch, the line characteristics "Insert line" box appears on screen. The trouble is its much wider than it needs to be and obscures almost a third of the screen. (I'm using a high res 1900 x 1200 monitor). I can grab the edge and slide it back of course but how do I get it to remember it? I've looked at the help and workspace settings etc but it hasn't helped.

RE: Size control of dialogue boxes?

Are talking about when your in a part file making a sketch?

If so, then I do not see away to keep your size selection permanent, but under the line format toolbar you can change the sketch line thickness to a desired size, but its not kept for the next one.

However if you are in a drawing there is an option for Line thickness when you do File\Print, however I doubt this is what your looking for.
