CCTV Pole with Transformer Base

CCTV Pole with Transformer Base

(OP)
I have a client that is looking for an analysis of a CCTV pole. The pole has a "transformer" base - those sloped sided boxes at the base of poles. The analysis will be to AASHTO standards.

The analysis should be straightforward except for the transformer base. Does anyone have guidance, reference, or experience they would be willing to share about the analysis of these transformer bases? I can do a rational analysis of the plate buckling around the access openings and all of that, but I am not interested in recreating the wheel if I can avoid it.

Thanks for any insight you may have!
